The Zones of Regulation® is a comprehensive framework and curriculum designed to assist students in developing skills for self-regulation. This program focuses on helping students consciously regulate their behaviors, manage their emotions, and maintain an optimal level of alertness. By doing so, students can enhance their self-control and problem-solving abilities.

The Zones Picture Studio is an exciting feature of the program that promotes emotional awareness. By using their device's camera, students can capture and examine the visual cues that accompany each emotion. This activity offers both fun and educational experiences for students.
